Monthly report
01The short version
All eight posts were in your folder on time, and you posted every one. The before-and-after video of the Oak Street job did best by far and brought in two quote requests, both from people who said they saw it. The two tips posts didn't do much. Next month, more jobs and fewer tips.
02What went out

03The numbers
Made-up numbers, for this sample only.
04What worked, and what didn't
Real jobs, filmed on site. The three job videos reached four times as many people as anything else.
Showing the crew. People commented on the crew by name.
The tips posts. Useful, but nobody saved or shared them. They read like every other gutter company.
Evening posts. The two you posted after 6 p.m. did worst.
05Next month
Three job videos again, one tips post instead of two, and every post in your folder will have a suggested time, all before 6 p.m. The customer question gets another photo post, since that one got comments.
What I need from you: film one full job from arrival to cleanup, even if it's messy. The next shot list will say exactly which moments to catch.
06Housekeeping
You asked for changes on one post, once. Spark includes one round of changes per post.
Sample only. Example Gutter Co. isn't a real business, and these numbers didn't happen. Your report uses your own posts and your own numbers.
