What I collect, and what I do with it.

AR Media LLC is my business. I'm Abbi, and I work out of Southeastern Wisconsin. This page explains what happens to the details you give me through this website, by email or by phone. The short version: I use them to answer you, and I don't sell them to anyone.

What I collect

• When you use the price builder: your name and email, and anything else you choose to fill in. That can include your phone number, business name, website, social media accounts, where you work, the plan and add-ons you picked, your budget, how you found me and any notes, and your answers about the business: what you do, how long you've been open, whether you have the accounts, a Google listing, a logo or Canva templates, and who can be on camera.
• When you email, call or text: whatever you send me, plus your email address or phone number.
• When you book a call: the name and email you give Google Calendar's booking page.

What I use it for

• To read your request, reply and send you a price.
• To prepare for our call.
• To spot repeat or automated submissions.
• If you become a client, to do the work in our agreement.
• To send you occasional tips and offers, only if you checked that box. You can stop them any time, and a one-line reply is enough.

Where it goes

When you send the price builder, your answers go to two places: Netlify, which hosts this website and keeps a copy of form submissions, and my Google Workspace account, where they're saved as a contact and as a file in my Google Drive. I get an email with your request, and you usually get one confirming it arrived. Email and calendar bookings also go through Google.

This site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, and Netlify keeps standard server logs, so both see your IP address when you visit. I don't use advertising pixels, analytics cookies or tracking tools on this site.

What I don't do

• I don't sell, rent or trade your details.
• I don't add you to a mailing list unless you checked the box.
• I won't call you without emailing you first.

How long I keep it

I keep inquiry details for as long as I need them to answer you and keep a record of our conversation. If you become a client, our agreement covers your content: raw footage is deleted 90 days after the posts made from it are delivered.

Your choices

You can ask me what I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email abbigale@armediawi.com and I'll take care of it, unless I have to keep something for tax or legal reasons, in which case I'll tell you what and why.

Children

This site is for business owners. It isn't meant for anyone under 13, and I don't knowingly collect their details.

Changes

If I change how I handle your details, I'll update this page and the date at the top.
