Moments into marketing.

Social media & short-form video · Southeastern Wisconsin, working with businesses anywhere

You film about 15 minutes a week. I turn it into a month of posts.

For trades, cleaners, salons and local shops. I plan the posts, edit the videos and write the captions. You get back to work.

Hi, I'm Abbi. 414-303-9748 rings my phone.

When someone needs help fast, they call whoever they saw last.

Your best marketing is already happening on the job. Nobody's filming it, and there's no time to post it. You grab the clips; I do everything after that.

How it works

Your shot list

What to film on a job.

Once a month, a short list of exactly what to film, sent before the month it's for. Here's a sample.

  1. Pulling upThe truck, the storefront, the driveway. Wide.
    0:05
  2. The beforeThe mess, before you touch it. Hold still.
    0:05
  3. Hands on the workClose up. This is the part people watch.
    0:10
  4. The afterA slow pan across the finished job.
    0:08
  5. One line from youWhy it mattered. Optional.
    0:06

That's about 30 seconds of footage per job. Film a few jobs and your week is done.

What you get each month

Your jobs, filmed by you.

Is it worth it

Do the math with your own numbers.

I won't tell you how many customers this will bring you. Nobody can, and my agreement says so in writing. Here's the math I can do: what you charge, against what you'd spend.

Work it out with your numbers

How is that charged?

Anything on top

Your monthly cost $750

At $250 per job, your plan costs about the same as three of those a month.

That's simple division. Nobody can promise the posts will bring those jobs in, and I won't.

Another way to look at it: Spark's $750 buys eight finished posts a month, three of them videos of your own jobs, with the shot list, captions and report around them. That's about $94 a post.

After you say yes

Your first weeks.

On Spark, Momentum and Presence: from signing to your first posts.

  1. The day you signYour welcome email arrives with your shared folder, a Start Here guide and what to film first. If you have Canva templates, share them with me before our kickoff call.
  2. About three business days inOur kickoff call. I learn how your business works, who your best customers are and what you want more of. If your accounts need setting up or switching to business accounts, we do it together on the call, with you typing your own passwords. Before the call I email you the filming release, the form that lets me post what you film, and we sign it together on the call.
  3. Day 7I build your templates from your own Canva designs, or in your brand colors if you have none, and start planning your month.
  4. Day 14Your first videos and photos are due in your shared folder.
  5. Day 28Your first two finished posts are ready to review, ten business days after your footage arrives. Your posts start going out in your first service month, the month after your first footage is due. Nothing posts until you approve it.
Questions

Common questions.

Answered by me. New to some of the words? Social media in plain English.

Q
Do I have to be on camera?
AbbiNo. Most of it is your hands and your work. Being on camera is always up to you.
Q
Am I locked into a contract?
AbbiNo long contract. It's month to month, and you can cancel with 30 days' notice. Commit for longer and save up to 15%, most when you pay up front.
Q
What if I can't get my filming done?
AbbiTell me as soon as you know. I'll send one reminder, then fill the gap with ready-made posts where I have them and move the calendar. A month without new footage may have fewer videos.
Q
How soon will I see results?
AbbiJudge it at 90 days, not 30. The first month rarely shows much.
Q
What if social media isn't right for my business?
AbbiI'll tell you on our free call, before you pay anything.
Q
Is there an onboarding fee?
AbbiOnly on Spark, Momentum and Presence, and only month to month: a one-time $250. There's none on a 3, 6 or 12 month term. It covers setting up or switching your accounts with you, and connecting them to my scheduler.
Q
How do I pay?
AbbiBy invoice, in full and up front. On Spark, Momentum and Presence, when you sign up you pay one month's fee, plus the $250 onboarding fee if you're month to month. That first month's fee pays for the work before your posts start. Your next payment is in the month your posts start, on your billing date, the same day of the month you signed. On a 3, 6 or 12 month term, the term counts the months your posts go out. On a 6 or 12 month term the discount comes off each payment; on any term you can pay the whole term when you sign. On Advisory and the Caption pack, your first payment is due the day you sign up, then every month on your billing date.
Q
Do I save with a longer term?
AbbiYes. On a 6 or 12 month term the discount comes off each payment. On a 3, 6 or 12 month term, pay the whole term when you sign and save the most; a 3 month term paid monthly is at list price. There's also no onboarding fee on a term.
Q
When does my first full month of posts start?
AbbiOn Spark, Momentum and Presence, the month after your first footage is due. Your first two posts are ready before that, as shown in your first weeks above.
Q
I already have templates in Canva. Can you use them?
AbbiYes, and I'd rather. Share them with me and I build your posts from your own templates, so they keep looking like your van and your signs. If you have none, I build a set in your colors.
Q
Who owns the content?
AbbiYou do. The footage and photos you send are yours, and every finished post is yours once it has been paid for. Your logo, brand and templates stay yours. If you leave, ask and I'll share editable copies of the templates I built for you.
Q
What if I don't approve something?
AbbiThen it doesn't post. I send one reminder after three business days, and after that it waits for you. Silence is never a yes.
Q
Is the price I see the real price?
AbbiThe price you see while you build it is an estimate. I read every request myself, and if we're the right fit you get a real number, not a range. If we're not, I'll say so.

Who you'll work with

Hi, I'm Abbi. My first question is always: why are we doing it this way?

For eight years I've helped businesses fix whatever was slowing them down, and almost every fix started with that question. The answer usually sits with the people doing the work, so they're who I ask first.

With your marketing, that's you. I start by listening: what you sell, who buys it, what keeps you busy and what slows you down. Then I build a month that fits how your business runs. When the report shows something isn't working, I change it and tell you why.

You'll work with me from start to finish, with no hand-offs and no account manager. I grew up in Waukesha, I live in Milwaukee, and I'd like the good businesses around here to be the ones people find.
